Planning a PACE and seca facility: what to prepare
From equipment and console compatibility to onboarding and staff operations: questions that support an organized implementation.
PACE connects measurement data, goals and guided exercise on compatible MATRIX equipment. Turning the technology into a clear club service requires planning both the member journey and the staff workflow. A connected specification includes machines, consoles, software and an operating workflow, not just a PACE label beside a series name.
Define the member service
Decide what happens on the first visit: who introduces the service, where measurement takes place and how the member proceeds to training. Define follow-up and who explains the information. A clear sequence helps staff set expectations; connectivity alone should not be presented as a guarantee of physical results or adherence.
Confirm compatibility at product level
MATRIX describes guidance through supported cardio Touch consoles and strength Intelligent Training Consoles. A project still needs an exact list of models and configurations for confirmation. Do not infer compatibility from an ONYX finish, series name or image. Confirm activation, software and available features in Israel before ordering.
Plan the measurement position
The seca position affects circulation, comfort and staff conversations. Check model dimensions, access, power and network requirements, along with appropriate privacy for personal information. Measurement should not obstruct the entrance or the route between training stations.
Assign account and infrastructure responsibility
Agree with system providers who creates accounts, manages permissions and handles user questions. Define networking, updates, software and associated costs where applicable. Also prepare an operating procedure for connected-service unavailability, consistent with equipment capabilities and instructions.

Rehearse the sequence before launch
