Precision in planning.
The proposal places cardio along the glass and strength training at the heart of the space. Open sightlines, a light floor and a graphic wall provide a backdrop for the dark equipment. The original Eurotec dossier includes visualizations, an overhead view and an illustrated equipment list.
The figures refer to the attached proposal. The specification includes equipment by MATRIX alongside storage by ZIVA. The environment and finishes are shown as part of the design visualization.

Inside the proposal
Cardio facing the façade
Two treadmills, an Ascent Trainer, a ClimbMill and a recumbent bike from the ONYX family form the proposed cardio zone. The glazed façade connects the workout to the view outside.
More movements at each station
The plan incorporates stations from Versa for presses, pulldowns and rows, leg extension and curl, pull-ups and dips, alongside a leg press and cable station. Together they offer varied exercises in a shared space.
A light space, a strong equipment presence
The visualizations show a light floor, glazed envelope and colorful graphic wall. Strength machines in the center and benches at the perimeter create clearly defined training zones.
